Today, Nico and I have been together exactly a year. It's been the best year ever and we're lucky enough to have gotten together on one of those rare German bank holidays so we have a nice long weekend to celebrate. On Saturday we recreated the pizza night that brought us together, yesterday we went out for dinner at the restaurant where we had our first date and today we are spending a nice relaxing day together. I still find it hard to believe that one chance comment in the staffroom led me to the love of my life but I am the luckiest girl in the world that it did. Here's to many more years!
