Ingredients:
- 125g Butter
- 200g Brown sugar
- 125g plain chocolate
- 50g rice flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 150g nuts
Instructions:
- Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and stir well.
- Add the eggs and nuts. Mix in. Transfer to a baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Allow to cool, slice and serve.
