Recipe: Chocolate Brownies


Ingredients:


  • 125g Butter
  • 200g Brown sugar
  • 125g plain chocolate
  • 50g rice flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g nuts
Instructions:
  1. Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water.
  2. Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and stir well.
  3. Add the eggs and nuts. Mix in. Transfer to a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Allow to cool, slice and serve.
