- Onion
- Mince
- Salt, paprika, chilli
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can sweetcorn
- Tortilla chips
- Sliced cheese
Instructions:
- Brown the onion and mince, adding the spices at the end.
- Add the canned ingredients and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the chilli to a baking dish. Top with the tortilla chips (crumbled) and slices of cheese.
- Cook for about 20 minutes or until the top is brown and chilli is bubbling on 180 degrees.
