- Pumpkin
- Onions
- 500ml stock
- Fried onion pieces
- Spices
Instructions:
- Chop the onions and pumpkin and roast for about 40 minutes at 180℃.
- Transfer the pieces to a pan with the stock and spice to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40-60 minutes.
- Top with tge onion pieces.
