- Chicken breast
- Bacon
- Gouda cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Sprouts
- Garlic butter
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breast almost in half lengthways.
- Place the gouda into the chicken.
- Wrap three bacon rashers around each breast.
- Add salt and pepper and wrap in foil.
- Put into the oven for around thirty minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the sprouts. Drain them and coat in the butter.
