Make It Monday - Advent Calendar

This project has been quite the challenge, first I ordered the wrong material and then it was fiddly...now it is finally there.

I ended up using the same material as my last decorations and adapted a pattern I had to make twenty four little pockets. I slid these onto a ribbon and sewed a button on each edge to keep them in place.

The pockets were smaller than expected but just big enough for little chocolates.

It's a little bit rustic but it looks good and I'm pleased with it.
