Recipe: Salmon Fish Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 300g salmon
  • 1 small onion
  • Chives
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp mustard
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large egg
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Form into five patties and fry for about ten minutes each side over a medium heat.
