- 300g salmon
- 1 small onion
- Chives
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1tbsp mustard
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large egg
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Form into five patties and fry for about ten minutes each side over a medium heat.
