Ingredients:
- 300g beef stewing meat
- 2 cups stock
- 2 cloves garlic
- Seasoning
- Italian herbs (oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme, marjoram, basil)
- 1 carton of mushrooms (ca. 250g)
- 3tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1tbsp mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200g cream cheese
- 4tbsp starch or flour in a glass of water
- 300g pasta (cooked)
Instructions:
1. Add all of the ingredients on the list up to mustard, to the crock pot and cook on low for eight hours, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the sour cream, cheese and starch to thicken. Turn the crock pot to high and cook for a further thirty minutes.
3. Stir in the pasta and serve.
