Recipe: Pumpkin, carrot & ginger soup

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 litre vegetable stock
  • Curry powder
  • Seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Smokey salt
  • Butter
Instructions:
1. Chop and boil the pumpkin and carrots until soft.
2. Meanwhile, fry the onion, garlic and ginger for five minutes. Add the spices for 1 minute followed by the stock.
3. Drain and transfer the vegetables to the fried mix.
4. Blend the mixture. Season to taste.
