- 500g beetroot
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Grate the beetroot into bowl. Chop the onion and crush the garlic in. Add the eggs and seasoning.
2. Form 'patties' and fry in a hot pan. Flip after a few minutes.
