- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 kilo carrots, chopped
- 750ml vegetable stock
- Garlic to taste, crushed
- Ginger, grated
- Seasoning
1. Brown the onions. Add thee carrots, garlic and ginger.
2. Pour the stock over and simmer.
3. Use a hand blender to get a soupy consistency.
4. Season to taste and serve.
