I recently read an article that said in order to stay young, we should try to do something new once a week. I'm already trying 27 this year but I've decided to try to put this into practice too. Hey, it can't hurt can it?
(Okay so yoga did hurt a little the day after but not enough to put me off!)
Yoga typically only hurts the first time you do it. After that, your body is a little more used to the stretching/workout.
