Recipe: Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  •  50g margarine
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g rice flour
  • baking powder
  • 175g quark
  • vanilla sugar
  • blueberries
Instructions:

  1. Mix the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Mix in the eggs.
  3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  4. Mix in the quark, adding the vanilla and blueberries last.
  5. Divide into twelve muffin cases and bake at 220 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
