New Car!

One of the highlights and big changes of our year so far has been finally getting our new car.  

Our friend brought it to us on Sunday and we both had a little practice drive.  Nico has been working as hard as ever to get everything just perfect and took it for a long drive to pick up our cat, Pete yesterday.

We have always managed well without a car but we struggle with longer trips, especially when we have Pete with us and with a baby on the way, it became a necessity.  

We are really looking forward to some longer trips and holidays with the car now.  It's amazing the freedom it brings.

All that remains is for me to get used to a left hand drive now!
