Recipe: Chicken and Vegetable Curry

Ingredients:
  • Two chicken fillets
  • Two peppers
  • Two courgettes
  • Two carrots
  • Rice
  • One can of apricots
  • One can of coconut milk
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Turmeric
Instructions:
  1. Brown the meat in a wok.  At the same time cook the rice.
  2. Add the carrots to the meat.
  3. Add the coconut milk. 
  4. Add the courgette and peppers.
  5. Spice to taste.
  6. Add the apricots to the rice.
  7. Serve together and enjoy.
