Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml stock
- 1 tsp green curry paste
- 3 tbsp cheese spread
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- Mint
- 1 tsp honey
- Brown the chicken pieces.
- Add the garlic and carrots for a couple of minutes.
- Add the stock, curry paste, cheese and peanut butter. Allow to simmer for fifteen minutes.
- Season to taste, adding the mint and honey.
- Serve with rice.
