- 1onion
- Butter
- 75g bacon (optional)
- Small pack of chorizo
- Kidney beans
- Butter beans
- Sweetcorn
- Green pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- A splash of vinegar
- Spices (salt, paprika, garlic, caraway, habanero)
- Tomato puree
Instructions:
- Brown the chopped onion in the butter.
- Chop the chorizo and bacon and brown with the onions.
- Add the beans, chopped vegetables and tomato puree. (I leave the water in the beans, if you prefer to drain them you can add water to the pan.)
- Spice to taste.
- Simmer for around twenty minutes. Check the spices and serve.
