- Pasta
- Bacon
- Spring onions
- 125g Cream cheese
- 100ml milk
- Parmesan
- 1 egg
- Garlic
- Seasoning
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to instructions.
- Brown the bacon, spring onions and garlic in a pan.
- Combine the bacon mix with the cream cheese, egg and milk in a bowl.
- Drain the pasta and return to the pan with the other ingredients for two to three minutes.
Tip: we usually use creme fraiche instead of cream cheese and milk and we sometimes add peas or mushrooms for extra veg.
