- Gluten free pizza base
- Chopped tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Mixed herbs
- Choice of toppings (mine has tuna, feta, sweetcorn)
- Chopped onion
- Grated gouda
Instructions:
- Mix the tomatoes, olive oil and mixed herbs in a bowl. Use this sauce to coat the base and allow to soak in.
- Add your choice of toppings.
- Cover with chopped onions and grated gouda.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
