- 500g potatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 250g mince
- 4 carrots
- Mushrooms
- Tomato puree
- Worcester sauce
- Stock
- Salt and pepper
- Milk
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes for fifteen minutes, draining the water and adding the leek for the last two minutes.
- Meanwhile, brown the onion and mince for five minutes.
- Add the carrots and mushrooms followed by the puree, worcester sauce, stock and seasoning. Simmer for fifteen minutes before transfering to an oven dish.
- Mash the potatoes with the milk and cream cheese and cover the sauce. Grate the cheese on top.
- Bake for twenty minutes.
