Sage and Mushroom Chicken

Last weekend we tried a lovely Sunday dinner recipe from the paleo cookbook.

Chicken thighs with crispy skin, roasted with sage and mushrooms in sauce.

We ate it with the bacon brussel sprouts recipe from the same book.

While the thighs were nice, we'll probably do the recipe with chicken breasts next time to avoid the fiddly bones.
