Now that we have more time to prepare and cook, we want to get back into Paleo this summer.
At the weekend we tried another recipe, which we adapted from the autoimmune paleo book. I wasn't sure about the combination but it was delicious and summery. We also made enough to take to work for lunch.
It included, tinned tuna, lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrot, oranges, avocado and citrus dressing. Summery, healthy and tasty.
