Recipe: Paleo Lemon buns

Ingredients:

6 eggs
30g rice flour
30g cornflour
80g melted butter
60g honey
50ml lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions:

Mix all off the ingredients together. Spoon into bun tin (we made twelve). Bake at 175 degrees for thirty minutes.

As we've found previously with some paleo recipes, these are a little bit eggy. Next time I plan to put in fewer eggs, add some coconut shavings, and more baking powder.
