Dance Class

I'm so glad I signed up to this fitness studio back in September. I try to go two to three times a week and I'm always glad when I do.

Usually I do Zumba and a weights class but I recently took part in some different dance classes which have been really fun too. Even though I danced when I was younger, I do struggle to remember the steps so it's a good mental workout too. I'm really looking forward to keeping this up in 2018.
