I went to my second yoga class last night. I've switched to Mondays and what is officially the beginners' class. It was indeed much easier although we seemed to move more and do more. My back and my tummy both felt great afterwards. I especially liked the cool down session with special eye packs and blankets. It's a great workout and relaxing too. Great way to start the week and I even upheld my clothes buying ban despite the gorgeous collection they stock.
