Recipe: Fish Bake

Ingredients:

  •  Two fish fillets
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Spinach
  • Nutmeg
  • Mustard
  • Four tomatoes
  • Gouda, grated
Instructions:

  1.   Place the fish in a baking dish and cover with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the spinach, nutmeg and mustard. 
  3. Slice the tomatoes and add in a layer on top of the spinach. 
  4. Add the grated cheese in a final layer and bake in the oven on 200 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. 
    This is one of our go to meals when we don't want to put in too much effort but want to eat something warm and tasty.
