Recipe: Fish Bake
Ingredients:
- Two fish fillets
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Spinach
- Nutmeg
- Mustard
- Four tomatoes
- Gouda, grated
Instructions:
- Place the fish in a baking dish and cover with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add the spinach, nutmeg and mustard.
- Slice the tomatoes and add in a layer on top of the spinach.
- Add the grated cheese in a final layer and bake in the oven on 200 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
This is one of our go to meals when we don't want to put in too much effort but want to eat something warm and tasty.
