Recipe: Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Handful of mushrooms
  • 125g beef mince
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • Splash of vinegar
  • Pasta
  • Seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  1. Brown the onion, garlic, mince and mushrooms.
  2. Add the tomatoes, puree and seasoning and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as per instructions.
  4. Serve the pasta and sauce topped with parmesan.
